Branding Guidelines


Client shall use the Services and Ditto may brand the Services in accordance with the guidelines set forth below. Neither Client nor any affiliate will otherwise use or register anywhere in the world any mark containing “Ditto” or any similar designation.

Definitions

Approved Slogans

A list of Ditto’s approved slogans that are descriptive of the Services experience. Client may use commercially reasonable translations of the Approved Slogans for languages other than English. Ditto may add additional Approved Slogans to its Documentation:

Ditto Logos

The following list of approved Ditto logos. There are dark (dark grey - #242424) and light (white - #FFFFFF) versions of the Ditto Logo. This Ditto Logo has a locked configuration where the size relationship must not be altered. The Ditto Logo may be updated by Ditto at any time upon reasonable notice to Client.

Ditto Wordmark

The wordmark provided by Ditto that displays “powered by Ditto” with the trademarked Ditto logo. There are dark (dark grey - #242424) and light (white - #FFFFFF) versions of the Ditto Wordmark as well as stacked, flat and tall versions of the Ditto Wordmark. The Ditto Wordmark has a locked configuration where the size relationship must not be altered. The Ditto Wordmark may be updated by Ditto at any time upon reasonable notice to Client.

Branding Guidelines

The Parties agree to the following branding guidelines:

  1. Client shall not brand the Services with any marks, names, slogans, or logos other than the examples provided above.

  2. If Client implements the services using APIs and SDKs, buttons or links prompting or relating to the Services including, but not limited to, Try-On, Try-On Overlay (Try-On View), Try-On Scan (Try-On Creation), and Face Insights then Client shall adhere to the Approved Slogans and Marks and may match the Client’s style guide.

  3. If Client references the Services in television advertising, digital advertising (web, social, email, etc.), print advertising, and in-store advertising then Client shall adhere to the Approved Slogans and Marks list and may match the Client’s style guide.

  4. Client shall not distribute any outputs of the Services (including, but not limited to static or interactive Try-On Overlays, Face Insights, or any visual containing eyewear or facial data overlaid or associated with a user’s face that is output from any of the Services) without the Branded Icon or Branded Wordmark.

  5. Ditto may place the Branded Icon or the Branded Wordmark on the Try-On Scan. The Branded Wordmark shall not be sized greater than 5% of the height of the Try-On Scan. The following image demonstrates the Branded Wordmark in the Try-on Scan.

  1. Ditto may place the Branded Icon or the Branded Wordmark on Try-On Overlays and Face Insights. For mobile devices (i.e. in portrait), the Branded Wordmark shall not be sized greater than 7.5% of the height of the Try-On Overlay or Face Insights. For desktops devices (i.e. in landscape), the Branded Wordmark shall not be sized greater than 10% of the height of the Try-On Overlay or Face Insights. The following image demonstrates the Branded Wordmark on a Try-On Overlay.
  1. Ditto may place the Branded Icon or the Branded Wordmark on the home page of the Store iPad App. The following image demonstrates the Branded Wordmark on the home page of the Store iPad App.
